The current situation of COVID-19 has challenged the Hospitality Industry tremendously.  With focus on food safety and readiness, attendees will gain an in-depth understanding of best practices that will help with operations throughout the pandemic.  This is an hour and a half long webinar  which gives hotels and restaurant practitioners a great opportunity to start moving toward long-term food safety precautions.

The webinar is being conducted in partnership with the Department of Tourism and FoodSHAP or the Food Safety & Hygiene Academy of the Philippines, which is recognized by the DOH and accredited by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
