Mr. Francis Guevara has over 15 years experience in mechanical engineering design and plant work. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering degree from De La Salle University in 2000. Before he joined Guevara and Partners, Francis worked as Facilities Engineer at Hitachi Global Storage Technologies in Laguna Techno Park. Francis is the Head of the Mechanical Engineering Department and supervises day to day operations. He is proficient in relevant computer software, MS Office, AutoCAD 2008, Trace – 700, Carrier E20-11. Francis is a Professional Mechanical Engineer and a licensed Master Plumber. In 2015 he was conferred as an Asean Chartered Professional Engineer in his field of specialization (Building Services Design). He is a Life Member of the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers (PSME). He is a Resource Speaker in PSME seminars on ‘The Building Envelope” and “HVAC Equipment and Systems”. Francis is a member of the Philippine Society of Ventilating, Air-conditioning and Refrigeration Engineers and the American Society of Heating, Refrigeration and Air - conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) and the Young Engineers in ASHRAE (YEA). He is also an active member of the National Master Plumbers Association of the Philippines.

Engr. Edmond “Macky” Maceda is a sustainability professional with over 29 years of experience in corporate ESG strategy, academic program development, and sustainability consulting. He graduated from Stanford University in 1992 with a Master’s degree in Environmental Engineering after obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of the Philippines in 1989. Engr. Maceda recently completed a project as Sustainability Technical Expert under the Climate Change Commission of the Philippines, where he was tasked to help engage the private sector towards increased climate investments and to help advance the state of sustainability reporting in the country. Engr. Maceda previously served as Sustainability Director of Enderun Colleges, where he designed and developed an undergraduate Major in Sustainability Management under the Business Administration degree. Launched in 2016, this pioneering program has already produced graduates and continues to grow its student base, faculty roster, and industry partnership network for internships and job opportunities. Engr. Maceda’s long history in the corporate ESG field includes roles as Sustainability Consultant to Megaworld Corporation (2010-2018), as Sustainability Officer of Ayala Land (2008-2010), as VP for Environmental Affairs of the Fil-Estate Group (1997-2008), and as Director for Environmental Consulting Services of SGV & Co (1996-1997). He has also hosted and facilitated numerous Sustainability summits, green conferences, corporate trainings, and related events. Engr. Maceda currently serves as Sustainability Consultant under DLSU Animo Labs Foundation.

Dipl. Ing. Lorena Jauregui is an adjunct faculty at Enderun College and is currently, a candidate for a master's in Sustainable Development at Sussex University. She studied and practiced architecture in Austria, then moved back to her home country Mexico to work in the Urban Planning Office for the state of Nuevo Leon. She then went on to lead the Mexican Green Building Council in Monterrey, Mexico. Lorena has been teaching architecture and design for years and is now interested in the relationship between environmental impacts, human health, and the built environment. Uncompromising and always questioning, she continues to advocate for deep sustainable principles.

Christopher Cruz de la Cruz, a Filipino architect, advocates sustainability in business and industry. Chris has actively campaigned for the establishment of the Philippine Green Building Council (PHILGBC), an initiative of business, industry, civil society and public sector leaders that promotes sustainable building practices to the property industry. Chris is one of the main proponents for the development of BERDE (Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence) – the Philippines’ National Green Building Rating System. Chris has worked independently with public and private organizations that promote appropriate sustainable practices and strategies to urban and rural settings. His technical expertise includes design, evaluation and project management of environmental management projects. His specializations include Policy Development, Environmental Management, Sustainable Building, Energy Efficiency.

Chief Executive of Mañosa and Co, Inc. since 2009, Architect Angelo Mañosa has also been Managing Partner of A. Mañosa + Architects since 2003. Gelo got his architecture's license in 1997 from UST, and a Master in Design Science, Concentration on Design computing from the University of Sydney, New South Wales in 2000. Cathy Saldaña works as the Managing Partner of PDP Architects, an Architectural Firm that specializes in architecture, interior design, island development, project management, and master planning. She also holds the positions of President and Chief Executive Officer of Projects Design Plus Architecture Management Corporation. Previously, she worked as the Managing and Founding Director of the ARCO group, a team of architects and interior designers that work on Hospitality, Retail, Commercial, Residential and Corporate spaces. Simultaneously, she was also the Principal for Ted Jacob Engineering Group, a consulting engineering firm specializing in the planning, design and construction of buildings in the healthcare sector, science and technology, higher education, and mixed-use facilities. Cathy has graduated with BSc in Architecture from the University of the Philippines, and an MSc Asian Institute of Management majoring in Enterprise Management. Cathy is also the president of Zonta International - Metro Rizal Chapter, a global organization working to advance the status of women worldwide. Ariel Shtarkman is the co-Founder and Managing Director of Atom Assets, a real estate investment platform for family offices. She is also the Founder of Orca Capital, boutique advisory practice, with main focus on sourcing and structuring real estate private transactions and selective capital raising from Asian investors toward cross- border transactions. Previously, Ariel was with Citibank Real Estate Structured Finance in Hong Kong, where she structured debt instruments for real estate developers, REITs and private equity funds. Before joining Citibank, she worked in real estate private equity funds sponsored by ING Clarion in New York (covering US) and ING Real Estate Investment Management in Hong Kong (covering Asia). Ariel holds an MBA from Columbia Business School with concentration in Real Estate, and BSc from Tel Aviv University with double major in Computer Science and Business Administration.
